Why do you do what you do?

Everyone has a calling and until I find mine I will be mostly sitting around watching films, thinking about them and then sharing those thoughts for the good of the online community.

Your reviews don’t have a score system, what’s the deal?

7 – That number said absolutely nothing about my opinions on rating systems. I honestly feel that a rating system isn’t necessary for a good review. If you’re on here then chances are you want to read what I have to say even if it’s just to pin point my grammatical weaknesses so that you can destroy me the next time I slate your favourite film. Despite my love of sitting on the fence I feel it will be very clear whether or not I like a film so if you’re along for the ride then there should be no doubt left in your mind how I feel about a film by the final full stop.

I think there’s been a mistake… my opinion is incompatible with yours?

No reader, there is no mistake. “Review” is just a fancy word for an opinion and opinions are completely subjective. If you think I’m way off then you’re perfectly justified in thinking so. Comments are more than welcome on my reviews, in fact I encourage it so go nuts and hopefully we can create further discussions and cover points that perhaps I couldn’t fit into my final draft

What’s your favourite film?

Gun to my head I’d have to go with Memento but a true film fan’s list is endless.
